NCMA Huntsville October Meeting 

The Huntsville Chapter of NCMA is excited to host an upcoming event with NCMA’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Kraig Conrad.  Mr. Conrad will provide our chapter with an update on latest information and happenings from NCMA headquarters.  This will be an in-person event starting at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at Straight to Ale.  Attendees will receive a catered barbeque lunch.  Please join us for an opportunity to network and socialize and to give Mr. Conrad a warm welcome to our chapter. 

Please note, advance registration is required, registration closes October 19th, at 5:00 PM.  Space is limited.  This program is not eligible for CPE credit.  For this in person event, attendees are requested to comply with applicable CDC guidance concerning COVID-19.

Chief Executive Officer, National Contract Management Association (NCMA)

Mr. Conrad joined NCMA as Chief Executive Officer in November 2018 to help the Board advance growth in service of members and the mission. He has more than 20 years of association leadership experience. Prior to NCMA, he served as CEO of Professional Risk Managers’ International Association, where he guided the PRMIA Board of Directors and its global network of more than 50,000 risk professionals. Prior to PRMIA, Mr. Conrad held many roles at the National Investor Relations Institute including Acting Co-Chief Executive Office, Vice President for Programs and Development, and Vice President for Professional Development. Mr. Conrad also has served as Research Lead for Strategy Practice at Corporate Executive Board, Director of Corporate Finance and Risk Management and Director of Strategic Alliances at the Association for Financial Professionals, Senior Consultant for Braun Consulting, and Financial Analyst for Credit Suisse.

Mr. Conrad earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a Certified Association Executive and member of the American Society of Association Executives, and a Certified Treasury Professional and member of the Association for Financial Professionals.
