Topic: Changes to Government Contracts and Requests for Equitable Adjustment: Maximizing Recovery

When the federal government makes a change in contract terms—by directing a contractor to perform additional or out-of-scope work, or when conditions differ materially and increase the contractor’s cost—a contractor may submit a claim or request an equitable adjustment (REA) to recover those additional costs.

This seminar will explain the rules related to changes, claims, and requests for equitable adjustment, and will provide practical guidance on steps contractors should take when faced with unilateral or constructive changes. Attendees will gain insight into strategies for maximizing recovery of increased costs resulting from government-directed changes.

We look forward to seeing you there for an informative and engaging session.
